Please be advised that GFive Inc. has filed a formal re-zoning application for the former Sarnia General Hospital properties. The re-zoning application will be considered in an open City Council meeting in the near future. In advance of the re-zoning meeting, GFive Inc. is hosting a community meeting to present its plans for the property and invites your questions and comments. The meeting will be held at the Lochiel Kiwanis Centre on Tuesday April 17th at 6:30 p.m.
You may have noticed not a lot of exterior demolition work going on lately. However, Interior abatement activities going on strong, with 2 shifts. For safety reasons it is necessary to complete large sections of abatement before any more demolition can resume. West wing will be first, followed by East wing. You will see exterior activity again soon.
